Michael Bruton, owner and founder of Norwood, started the business in 1992 with a vision in mind--to provide a local, full-service garden center that offers one-of-a-kind, complete customer service. Through hard work and dedication, Michael and his partner Jim Roberts have made this vision into a reality. From a large selection of plants, trees and gardening products, a full service stone yard and mulch center, and complete design and installation services, Norwood caters to all your landscape needs.

We have a great selection of container shrubbery and trees in stock including hollies, maples, oaks, dogwood, cherries, red plums, laurels, viburnum, liqustrum, camellias, azaleas and many more varieties depending upon the season. We offer these container products in one to twenty-five gallon containers.
Norwood Road Garden is celebrating 16 years of growing! Our storefront greenhouses, designed with examples of our stonework, are filled with perennials, annuals and groundcovers. Herbs, annuals, roses, hanging baskets, water plants, mums, poinsettias and Christmas trees are available at specific times of the year.
Inside the garden center, you will find a varied selection of decorative pots, planters and many gardening materials and accessories.
Norwood offers a full-service stone yard which includes a complete line of North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Midwest flagstone, wall stone, building stone and fieldstone. We offer complete stone design installation services including patios, walls, fireplaces and walkways.
